Clip Spacer

A Clip Spacer is a very strong plastic, designed for supporting a minimum load of 100 kg according to German performance class L2 (1KN), and for bar diameters from 6mm to 20mm. The clip spacers can be used for various applications in horizontal positions in pre-cast or in situ concrete.

Wheel Spacer

The Wheel Spacer has been designed as a strong and lightweight reinforcement spacer for vertical precast concrete construction.Locking hub keeps wheels in place during placement of steel or pouring of concrete, and provides minimal contact with formwork.

Shim Pads

Shim pads are polymer pads used in the precast industry where it is ideally used for packing during erection of the elements.

Roof Tile Spacer

Roof tile spacers are used for laying slabs on level rooftops and patios. These are used to maintain space between stones & tiles from the surface, this helps to prevent accumulation of water which damages the sealed surface of water proofing, on the surface and roof tops.

Pile Cage Spacer

Pile cage spacer are heavy duty wheel spacers designed, and used in foundation works or pile cages. These spacers can be placed onto helicals or main bars before the cage is inserted into the pile bore.

Hollow Core Cap

Hollow core end caps are grout stoppers placed at the slab ends to prevent the pouring of mixture into the cores during grouting of slabs, and avoid entry of pests and rodents into the slabs during storage.

Tower Spacer

Tower spacer or commonly known as Four Legged Spacer are modified chair spacers made of plastic used in precast and on site concrete applications. These spacers are tough and are designed for both vertical and horizontal reinforcement.

PVC Chamfer

Plastic Corner Chamfers are widely used light weight elements to form chamfered edge and angled groove lines in concrete, precast and cast insitu applications.

Welding Rod

A plastic welding rod, also known as a thermoplastic welding rod, are rods with circular or triangular cross-section used to bind two pieces of plastic together. They are available in a wide range of colors to match the base material’s color.

Adhesive Anchor

Step One is a two-component, high strength adhesive anchoring system (Pure epoxy 3:1). The system includes injection adhesive in plastic cartridges, mixing nozzles, dispensing tools and hole cleaning equipment.
